Are your tyres genuine?

Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We provide tyre delivery and mobile installation services across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
How quickly can my tyres be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your specific location and stock availability. Most orders are delivered and fitted within 1-3 business days.
Can I request a specific manufacturing date (DOT)?
Customers may request a preferred manufacturing year (DOT) prior to purchase. While availability cannot always be guaranteed for every specific batch, all tyres sold meet strict UAE road safety standards and are treated as fresh production.
Do you offer fitting services?
Yes. Professional fitting, wheel balancing, and valve replacement services are available either at our certified partner centres across the UAE or via convenient mobile vans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), approved online payment gateways, and flexible installment plans with Tamara (split in 4 interest-free payments).
Are returns accepted?
Tyre sales are generally final once fitted. Exceptions are promptly considered in limited cases such as delivery of an incorrect size/specification or verified manufacturing defects covered under manufacturer warranty.
